Yin Yoga is a quiet class where you stay in a pose for a longer period of time. By holding a posture for a long time, you address the connective tissue in your body. Everything in the body has a layer of connective tissue that supports, connects, protects the organs and gives your body structure. Yin Yoga is the style to recover from Long Covid. You consciously rebuild your physical strength!
Ashtanga Yoga can be tough in the beginning, even if you are already active in sports. They are fixed attitudes that dynamically transition into one another. You can also perform the poses in simpler, simpler options if you wish.

Train together with a Personal trainer. The body types and mindset should be almost the same or complement each other in the training. If this is not the case, we take extra into account contact with each other.
Originally, yoga was taught one-on-one, from teacher to student. We continue this tradition in a private lesson or Yoga Personal training.

An accessible form of yoga using a chair to move in a sitting position.

Occasionally you can stand and use the chair edge to maintain your balance. Comfortable clothing and if you wear special shoes, let us know. Chair yoga consists of performing mild yoga poses on a chair.
It is a quiet yoga form and therefore attainable for everyone regardless of age, flexibility, condition.

In general, men are less flexible than women. Hips and lower back are areas that often require extra attention. And because many men think that they are not flexible enough to do yoga, many walk in a wide arc around the yoga school.
Bro yoga is a class that, in addition to cycling, running, strength training, ensures that the body is in balance. We make short muscles longer.

Children are getting busier and busier. Yoga for children is a good and enjoyable way to learn to slow down from an early age. In the past, street dance was mainly about improvising to music. Nowadays, in street dance, learning chores together with your crew is central.
During the class you will learn the basic dance steps of street dance to popular music. With these dance steps you go to work to learn a street dance choreo. When you know the basic dance steps, you can improvise to the music in your free piece. You learn dynamic dance steps together with the teacher. You can also bring your own music to make a dance with your teacher.

DanceCrewtraining
Dancecrew training focuses on the development of different dance techniques from the HipHop, Popping and Breakdance Scene.
You learn to perform like a dancer with attitude and a smile. ok if you are nervous.
Of course, it's all about putting the opponents in the dance shadow with your amazing moves.
At the end of each season there is a performance where friends and family can come to see your latest dance moves. The class is from 11 years old.
At Zumba we move to music similar to aerobics. Zumba comes from Colombian-Spanish, which means 'move fast and have fun. A playful lesson where you dance to the rhythm of the music, without following strict dance rules or having to stick to one perfect form.
The Zen part
Psychological tension, we shake off the pressure of daily work during the
last 15 minutes. We slow down and bring the focus to the breath. You get more peace of mind.

Hatha Yoga is perfect voor iedereen die na bijvoorbeeld Yin Yoga meer naar de pittigere yoga houdingen wil groeien. Hatha is leuk want je behoud je innerlijke rust terwijl je elke les steeds meer flexibiliteit ontwikkeld. In deze yogavorm staat het luisteren naar je gevoel en lichaam centraal. Zowel beginners als gevorderden kunnen profiteren van Hatha Yoga. Met veel basis yoga poses is het een ideale kennismaking met yoga voor beginners.

Dit is de meest bekende Pilates trainingsvorm. Het bestaat uit een serie houdingen waar meerdere variaties op mogelijk zijn. Pilates richt zich vooral op het bewegen vanuit de kern van je romp, geconcentreerd ademen terwijl je mobiliteit en stabiliteit van de rug activeert. Pilates Mat is de meest toegankelijke Pilates vorm omdat het niets anders nodig heeft dan een mat. Het is fysiek uitdagend en kan het aangepast worden voor iedereen.
Je werkt met je eigen lichaamsgewicht als weerstand je werkt met je eigen ego in het verzachten. ​

Yin Wall
Yin Wall is een les met muurondersteuning om belemmeringen te ontdekken en dieper in stretches te gaan. Het moedigt comfortabele posities aan en stimuleert verzachting.
Triggerpoint ballen kunnen worden gebruikt om spierknopen te vinden en los te maken, wat lokale verkrampingen in spieren zijn.
