'Music and yoga in one program is magical and beautiful because it touches you deep inside'. Beautiful music, smooth movements, hard work with a smile on the face, can happily be found in MindBodyFlow again.
Natasha is also an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. She was trained by manju pattabhi Jois, the son of Sri Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga. Natasha experiences this form of Yoga as the most dynamic and challenging Yoga style. Now as a counterpart she also teaches Yin Yoga, the soft and calmer side of moving on the yoga mat. The triptych MindBodyFlow, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, completes a week on the yoga mat.

In the evenings Natasha mainly gives group lessons and during the day you can arrange a private or duet lesson with her.
Yin Yoga en Yin Yang Yoga
Nickey mainly teaches Yin Yoga and Slow Vinyasa. What made her fall in love with these two styles of yoga is the mental challenge that arises unnoticed during a pose.
For example, by sitting still or lying still in an uncomfortable position during Yin, resistance can arise. This can be the discomfort of the pose itself, or the discomfort of as little movement as possible during the pose.

With Nickey's classes you get the challenge to resist the need to move.
Undergoing the resistance, feeling what kind of reaction it gives to your mind and body. "It's okay, how you feel underneath that" because Nickey is there to support you in that. She likes to take you on a journey through your own body, so that you know where you can push yourself and where you need to take a step back, so that there is more space in your body.

Nickey is there on Wednesday evenings and regularly fills in during other classes.
Integral Yoga
With sparkling enthusiasm, Mariette dived into her very first adventure as an integral yoga teacher in 2014. This journey of body and mind took her to unprecedented depths that she embraced with open arms. This gave rise to her own yoga class, where she gained valuable experiences.

After completing no less than six courses and sharing her knowledge, she is overjoyed with her choice. She has found her calling and embraces each day as a new chapter in her life story.

For Mariette, teaching is not only about inspiring others, but also about continuing to grow herself. "I am a perpetual student and always act with a heart full of gratitude."

After years of practice, Susmita gradually realized that yoga is not merely limited to sport or an exercise to strengthen and lengthen – its greatest benefits are cultivating self-discovery and acceptance through its spiritual embrace. It's a science of attaining a state of mindfulness that eventually leads to positive actions and a person’s growth in the ocean of universal energy.
Then she started her journey of yogic studies in 2007 at Bihar School of Yoga, known worldwide for its authentic and systematic study on yogic discipline. After completing her yogic studies she decided to pursue Masters in yoga and she has completed her masters in Yoga from uttarakhand sanskrit university (a authentic university of traditional studies).
As a teacher of yogic discipline Susmita enjoy connecting with the people because teaching yoga for her is an honor of being able to share the gift of this holistic science with the world and she tries to create an environment of growth and harmony within her students.
