General terms and conditions workshops and training courses

RATE ADVENTURE CLUB MODULE TRAINING:

The costs are 80,- per module. Any MoveAlongStudio membership discounts will be settled in the invoice.

TARIFF TWO-DAY MODULE TRAINING:

The costs are 225,- (per person and per module training and is excl. 21% VAT)

TARIFF THREE-DAY PROGRAM TRAINING:

The costs are 375,- (per person and per module training excl. 21% VAT)

TARIFF FIVE-DAY PROGRAM TRAINING:

The costs are 495,-  (per person for the full module training excl. 21% VAT)

RATE MINDBODYFLOW DIGITAL FILES PER RELEASE STUDIO / CLUB  QUARTERLY

The costs are 145.95 excl. 21% VAT (music suggestions, film & choreography)

If you teach at MoveAlongStudio, these costs will be cancelled.

The Module training or workshop participation is only reserved and finalized after receipt of all completed documents below and payment (s) has been received at MoveAlongStudio no later than 7 days before the start of the training:

3 MoveAlongStudio License Agreement MindBodyFlow

4 Additional training or full Module or Workshop payment

At least 1 week before the start of the  Program Training from MoveAlongStudio, the participant will receive a confirmation of participation, directions and proof of payment after receipt of payment.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, digitally distribute or otherwise transfer to a third party materials such as choreographies with accompanying audio suggestions, film material, script manuals and logos or knowledge without the written permission of MoveAlongStudio Program. Image and sound materials of the Program may not be modified or altered. Sharing or teaching training modules of the Program to other instructors is prohibited.

Upon completion of the full Program Training, the participant will be eligible for certification. The certificate will be assessed upon receipt of a film recording of a complete lesson of the relevant Program given by the participant. With a positive assessment and receipt of the certificate, the certification is valid for two years and will be tacitly renewed annually if further training days are followed.
